By accessing or using LedgerXpert, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

LedgerXpert provides tools to parse bank statements and related financial documents, automate workflows, and integrate communications via email and WhatsApp Business. Some features may require paid subscriptions.

3. Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to transmit spam, unlawful content, or messages without consent. Do not interfere with system integrity, attempt to bypass security, or misuse APIs.

5. WhatsApp Business and Facebook Integration

• Integration is provided to communicate with users through WhatsApp Business in compliance with Meta policies.
• You must have valid opt-in consent from recipients before sending WhatsApp messages. Opt-out requests must be honored.
• Permitted use includes transactional updates, account notices, onboarding assistance, and support messages. Marketing messages require prior consent.
• Message templates may be required for certain categories; delivery is subject to WhatsApp Business Platform rules and rate limits.
• Content restrictions apply. Do not send illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
• We may log message metadata for audit and support. Content may be processed by authorized providers solely to deliver messages.
• Meta or WhatsApp policy violations may result in suspension or termination of messaging capabilities.

6. Data and Privacy

Data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Financial documents are used only to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for hosting, email, payment processing, and WhatsApp Business delivery. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Fees and Subscriptions

Paid plans provide additional limits and features. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

LedgerXpert, its logos, and content are owned by Swastic Ledgerxpert India Private Limited. You may not copy or reverse engineer the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or third-party platform rules.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Parsing accuracy can vary based on document quality and format.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from third-party platforms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
